Check-in was not possible due to lack of staff. I was defenselessly exposed to crime on the dark streets late at night and had to endure the night in fear on the dark and dangerous streets. Even though I notified the property twice that I would be checking in late, there was no one at the reception. Even though I arrived earlier than the scheduled time, there was no owner or staff, and the owner did not answer the phone (Agoda confirmation number), and even though I rang the bell countless times, no one answered even after midnight. In the end, I couldn't check it out, but they didn't give me a refund. This is a very dangerous accommodation. Koreans, especially women, be very careful. The next day, the owner got really angry. Jeokbanhajang. This accommodation will never be used. I could not check in, because no one body at the reception. Even I sent the arrival time twice, nobody received phone, I pushed bell so many times, Nobody replied even after midnight. In the middle of the night I had to stay in the dark alley for so long time with fear. I was so scared. I exposed to crime without any protection. Very dangerous, worst time. Could not check in, but no refund. Terrible experience. All travelers should be careful.
