Not a good hotel to stay in Chiang Mai. This hotel is far from all the main locations in Chiang Mai. The staffs aren’t polite and they can’t speak English. They don’t explain anything while giving keys to the room. They don’t provide dental kit, slippers, bath robe. Nothing. The morning breakfast got limited options. The place is very clean though. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money. And stay somewhere else.

new hotel with amber parking space for those who drive. The room is clean and environment is quiet. Breakfast is simple. There are restaurants around and easily accessible.

Average hotel, a little over priced in my opinion, good house keeping! Wasn’t a fan of the cage on balcony though

Clean and big room, but rest is dissapointing for a 4 stars hotel. No word of english spoken, breakfast is not good and the hotel lacks charm and amenities.

The service is very good. It's the best hotel I've stayed at and was very impressed with. The bathroom is clean and tidy. Overall, everything is okay.

I booked a king-size bed room, but when I arrived, I was given a standard room. I asked why, and he said that all the rooms were full. The rooms were full, so why could I book a king-size bed room on my platform? I arrived at 11:30 pm, and all the lights in the hotel were turned off. It was pitch black. When I entered the hotel lobby, only the Christmas tree was lit, which was scary. The bed had wheels, and it made a noise when you turned over. Of course, the swimming pool was nice.

The hotel is very new and clean. The room is spacious, but the location is not very central. Overall, it is good.

This is the most impressive place I've been to. The cleanliness is very clean. The room smells good. The bathroom is beautiful and clean. The atmosphere is good. The breakfast is well-arranged. The quality is good too. I highly recommend it. 🥰 ps. We stayed in a superior room.

The hotel is very clean, there is enough parking, good food, and the staff are welcoming.
