Fridge and freezer turn off when card key not in, very inconvenient

We stayed in two connecting rooms, which were very spacious and comfortable for our family. The layout was convenient, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and store luggage. The hotel location and overall facilities were good. However, I believe the cleanliness standards could be improved. Some areas of the rooms did not feel as clean as expected, and more attention to housekeeping would enhance the guest experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the large connecting rooms, but better cleanliness would make the stay even more enjoyable.

Pros: Very convenient location close to the Old City, with a nightly food market right outside, a 7-11 nearby, and an easy drop-off/pick-up laundromat about 150m away — which was great for travelling. Cons: The hotel could be cleaner overall, and the bathroom in particular felt like it needed a deeper clean. Overall: We had a large, comfortable room in a very convenient area for a great price. Despite the cleanliness issues, I would still recommend it if you’re looking for good value accommodation in Chiang Mai.

This hotel boasts an excellent location at the North Gate of Chiang Mai's Old City. Right downstairs, you'll find the night market and a Lotus supermarket, making it incredibly convenient for evening meals and various activities. It's also very close to the Old City. The hotel offers a wide range of massage and dining facilities, making it a truly outstanding choice. The family room is incredibly spacious, featuring two separate rooms, each with its own independent bathroom. The doors in the central corridor ensure privacy between the rooms, making it the perfect choice for families traveling together.

Front desk asked for 500 baht deposit but it was not returned to me. Location is ok but the rooms could be cleaner. Walls in my room have stains.

Good location nice hotel

The hotel toilet had standing water. I stayed for two days, one as a walk-in and one booked through a platform. They were different rooms, and the one booked via the platform had a water build-up every time the toilet was flushed. The room itself was large and comfortable, and the bed was great. The lighting in the room was bright, and it got good natural light, which was a plus! The area around the hotel is very convenient, with a night market for food, a 7-Eleven, and a pharmacy. Many attractions are also within walking distance.

The room was clean enough, but not perfect clean. The location is great with a night market nearby. The amenities were not bad. The front desk staffs were friendly. The only bad thing during our trip was that there was a blackout for about 30 minutes and hotel didn’t turn on the generator.

Have a great stay in B2. In front of the hotel there are also have night market, near with Lotus and 7/11.

Very happy with the honesty of the staff. We left valuables in the safe and it was returned in full. Staff very friendly and very helpful.

Very good location closed to Chang Phueak Gate. Family room is very big and comfortable.
