I love the location as it’s close to One Nimman and Maya complex. There are plenty of great cafes and restaurants along the road, and it feels like everything is within walking distance.

Good location and modern room but bathroom was a let down. Shower area flooded with no way for us to drain it, hot water took a long time and the toilet was overly complicated to use with all instructions in Chinese. 10/10 room + balcony 3/10 bathroom

Very convenient location. Clean. Staff are very helpful and always proactively offer helps. I will revisit this hotel next time coming to Chiang mai.

I recommend staying at Verbena Chiangmai. It was very easy to get around everywhere (5-10 mins). The area itself is also not too touristy. The facility is very clean compared to other places I’ve been around Chiang Mai. The staff is very accommodating and quick as well. + I had a balcony & a coffee machine in my room that I used everyday.

Wonderful place and nice services

Wonderful! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The location is exceptional and so are the staff service. Everyone is attentive and professional. The rooms are modern and extremely clean. Bedroom and bathroom are very spacious! The room has a large TV screen with Netflix and other app access! The free shuttle to the Nimman area was a wonderful bonus! The small details like complimentary snacks and drinks show that this hotel really cares about their guest and making each stay comfortable and convenient.

It's pretty good and clean, but the service isn't quite up to par.

The 'VIP pool' thing was annoying, everything else was brilliant. Slightly pricey but really good.

The staff was incredibly lively and very helpful. It was our anniversary and they upgrades us which was amazing. The room was cleaned everyday and the hotel in general was a beautiful clean place. The location is pretty great, only a 20 minute walk to the old town. If you’re looking for amenities like a pool or gym, there are none so maybe don’t choose this. Other than that, the value for it’s money is amazing and we had an amazing time at the Verbena

1. The staff is really helpful and friendly. 2. Location is pretty good and comfortable 3. The room is clean, love the balcony. However, 1. There’re issues with hot water stream. Maybe it’s due to the 4th floor. We were offered to change the room, but we decided not to do it, as the issue was not that bad. 2. Coffee machine work weird, but you are able to get coffee in the lobby. All in all, nice place to stay with a friendly staff. See you next time)
