Small cozy hotel in the back alley of the heart of the city of Chiang Mai . Small clean and cozy room . Walking distance to walking street .

Friendly hotel team, best selling point is the vincinity to Nimman One, Maya and even to old city area. The breakfast offers just sufficient balance of carbs, meat and green. Love their daily soup (especially bitter melon and daikon soup), thr congee and the local bananas. The only thing to improve is the room aircon that blows directly to the head when I sleep, making me headache from time to time. Hope there is a way to adjust the wind shield to solve the problem. Aircrafts flying over hotel: i sleep with my own earplugs which did not cause any nuisance to me. Hope the hotel bar will reopen when i next visit, which was a pity without proper drinks during my stay :)

We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staffs. The daily breakfast is tasty and enjoyable. Room is clean and amenities are well equipped. Highly recommended. The location is very near to One Nimman and Maya Mall.

Love this hotel. Nicely decorated and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Just to clarify, the swimming pool is not for swimming, just deco.

The hotel is in a fantastic location(close to the one nimman, Maya mall etc), which made it easy to explore the area. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful—when I had some issues with the room, they quickly arranged for a room change, which I really appreciated. While the overall cleanliness could be improved and the breakfast was a bit limited, these were minor points in an otherwise pleasant stay.

Hotel is lovely. Room is a good size and very clean. The front staff guy Knight was AMAZING. So helpful, so friendly and spent lots of time talking with us. We really appreciated him.

Hotel is just further down from muse so it is about 200m inside a small street so drop off can be challenging at times. Unless the hot weather, also challenging to walk to maya mall with my elderly parents. It is opposite one nimman with lots of food and night market of you go straight in. One nimman is more for youngsters and night life. Lots of spa around. Excellent staff. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Room is really spacious and they decorated zhe room for celebrating birthday. For this price, there is nothing to complain about.

Have a great group of staffing in this Hotel Nimman Mai. Where the staff in the lobby & the housekeeping are all very helpful Breakfast will be at 1st floor. Which started from 6.30am to 10.30pm..daily without failed There also offer egg dishes upon ordering. Overall it is also consider good.

Location is good. Room is small and maybe affected the plane noise since airport is nearby. Breakfast is ok with adquate varieties but lack a decent coffee. Staff are friendly and helpful

I stayed here for one night. The receptionist provided excellent service. Everything was worth the price, but there was a slight noise from the air conditioner in the room. However, I could still sleep well.

Good location, very near to one nimman... can walk at night. Room is medium size, clean and comfort. Car park is not enough but they still can find the space for us. Breakfast is ok. Worth for money.
