March 2022 to August 2022: I live in Chiang Mai and my mother is visiting from India and this was a perfect location based on our location to put her up at. Daily rates include breakfast and cleaning. We opted for monthly and got a great deal. She's been living here since March. Rooms are good, big enough, clean, fresh, good beds, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle and if you go for the bigger room and the family room you get a small workable kitchen with a electric gas and chimney. Water and laundry machines are in the building. They can come for cleaning your room and changing the sheets at a nominal cost. There is a restaurant (limited hours and limited but good food and coffee), gym, swimming pool. Parking space is available. We'll connected to the city with cabs and I'm sure the reception can help and guide you. They are very prompt in their communication. There's a small garden and play space. Clean and tidy. Quiet and peaceful. Free WiFi. Recommended for everyone, single, couples, family.

The rooms are very clean, new and not far from the city. The breakfast is delicious. I normally come to Chiang Mai and stay here regularly. The staff in front of the counter speak well and have a very smiling face. Next time I go to Chiang Mai, I will stay here.

Perfect location for the train station but a little far out for visiting Chiang Mai. Lots of parking available. The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and great air-conditioning. Free tea and coffee available downstairs 24/7. Good food options available on foodpanda and some restaurants nearer the station. Small swimming pool was also available to use, which I didn't see in any of the listing but was a brilliant surprise! We would definitely stay again if we needed to be near the train station, we were really surprised how good it was for the price.
Na Mantra Resort

The breakfast is an order, the taste is good, the toilet is not smooth, there is no way to deal with it, the hotel does not have a shuttle bus into the city, the waiter does not speak Chinese, and must communicate in English. The above two points may be a problem in the off-season. See the previous comments for differences. The staff is friendly, the resort is not big, more than a dozen rooms, and the swimming pool is clean. The location belongs to the residential area of locals, 30 minutes drive from the ancient city, all day trips refuse to pick up. Very quiet, suitable for hotel, drinking and resting in a daze, 10 minutes walk to 711, booked villas, rooms are large, facilities are the most common Thai standards, generally acceptable. In the middle of the journey, the two elders took their children. They stayed up at night and spent more than 1 o’clock in the swimming pool. The persuasion didn’t work. They roared back to the house and they needed to pay attention to the quality of staying in the hotel.

I am currently staying at the Rainforest Boutique hotel. It is such a laid back lovely hotel the staff are amazing so helpful and friendly the rooms are basic, clean and comfortable, but fabulously spacious, well the deluxe room is can't comment on the others as I'm in a deluxe with a super king size bed. Sunken Lanna bath separate shower room and separate toilet, then a separate dressing area. It has two pools. A lovely open air restaurant. Laid in bed on a night you can hear the rainforest noises and the flow from the pool waterfall. It's not far out of the main city a taxi into the city or tuktuk will cost around a 100 bhat roughly £3. It offers a free shuttle bus service to the night market at 8pm each night Mr lucky the bus, come taxi driver is so lovely and full of fantastic information about the history of Chiang Mia and where to go. You can book private personalized tours with him cheaper than you can with the tour company. He is that lovely as I was walking along the road he stopped while riding his motorbike and asked where I was going when I told him just up the road to the 7/11 store he said hop on I'll drop you off I'm going past when I asked how much he said no charge. His sons also drive taxis so there is always one available at cheap prices. It's a little hidden gem is the Rainforest Boutique hotel would definitely stay here again instead of in the old city oh and the price is very cheap💕
Choktawee Residence and Mansion

The hotel gives a feeling like an apartment or a mansion as the name of the hotel. (It is estimated that it should be renovated into a hotel later) but the condition inside the room is still quite new. Furniture, cabinet, bed, work desk, shelf, complete set. There is a large refrigerator available in the room as well. There will be a balcony in some rooms. Which our room is just right The air conditioner in the room is cool. But the blanket is a little thin The surrounding atmosphere is quiet. Parking is both under the building and outdoor, spacious, comfortable to park many cars. The only criticism is that the bathroom water flows not very strong. The sink drain pipe leaks. improve the condition of the bathroom better,it will be perfect,it is worth the price
