House and Home Residence

Chiang Mai|2.87km from Kalare Night Bazaar
Stay again for sure Reserve a family room, a spacious room, a comfortable bed, 2 rubber pillows, open the door to see the pool view. It is a salt water pool, not very deep, so children can play. very like children The service personnel are good, friendly, there are services and facilities that are convenient and ready. The only disadvantage is that the entrance is quite narrow. Because coming to the Fortuner car, the entrance is very suitable for the car, there is a risk of scratching the car And if it's still a rather sharp curve But inside the hotel is very ok It's private, not loud at all. Come to stay again, of course, the price is very cheap. Must come if Chiang Mai to relax and save the budget. The place is in the city too. very ok with this place Check-in a little bit late, that is, the staff did not adjust the price. I like it very much 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 Stay again for sure. Pros The location of the hotel is very good, very convenient, and can be reached by walking to some attractions. Since the hotel is located in front of the mosque, there is almost no halal food nearby. The room was spacious (suite), we stayed for 5 nights. The staff was friendly. Disadvantages - no free drinks, no carpet in the room, no bedroom slippers, no bathtub in the shower, water heater not working, no safety main door in the room, that is, no bedroom door, there is a safety lock. If you have safety awareness, it is definitely not possible. Breakfast is 2 sliced fruits, boiled eggs, chicken sausages, white bread salad (don't expect a delicious breakfast), I ended up going to McDonald's for breakfast (3 minutes walk), the walls of the room really need to be repainted so the room looks cleaner and more comfortable.

Actually it is my second time staying at this hotel. The rooms have good A/C, shower, bath products, like toothbrushing sets. Comfortable bed, and a decent breakfast with a variety of products/meals. There is kind of a ”moldy” smell from the carpets, but it did not bother me so much since I was traveling outside the hotel most of the time.

I checked in after midnight and everything went really smoothly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. Beds were a bit hard but still comfortable. Overall very impressed with this hotel.

I recently spent three nights at this hotel and while it was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located, I was mildly disappointed. First, I had booked a room with a double bed only to be told on arrival that nothing was available. The room, while quiet, quite clean, with a nice view and comfortable bed, was lacking in a number of admittedly minor conveniences that one would expect in a hotel in this price range. No electric kettle/coffee/tea. WiFi that was not very good in the room. No room cleaning before our last night. No tissues. No airport shuttle. Cheap toilet paper. Granted, these are minor inconveniences, but at the rate we paid I would expect better. On the plus side, the included breakfast buffet was good. The location (in the middle of the night bazaar) was excellent, putting much of the tourist area within walking distance. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. While overall the hotel was acceptable, I doubt I will stay here again, especially given that correcting these minuses would involve minimal cost.

Spacious room. Close to Kalare Night market. Some staffs don't understand english but that's not a problem. Check in /check out was easy. I will stay here again if I visit Chiang Mai.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We took two separate rooms on the top floor. Very small and brand new hotel. Large rooms. Great location near the night bazaar and easy walk to the old city. It’s very basic but was perfect as our base in Chiang Mai. Plus really lovely people who were always happy to help. Thank you Rose and Au.
