While this place is a little off the beaten path it is practically a brand new hotel!! Very clean and nice! Breakfast was included and very good. For value and comfort this place is the best hotel I have stayed in while visiting Thailand.

Amazing location and great view from my balcony ! There are quite a few of cafes and restos around, walkable distance from Baangawat which is a cultural hub with young local handcraft booths and vegetarian café. Walkable distance to Wat Ram Poeng, cozy monestery with vipassana for locals and foreign visitors. Enjoyed the view from my balcony of the mountain of Doi Suthep :) enjoyed a nice dip in the pool too~ Nice neat stay with reasonable price. Thanks so much!

Only stayed one night (fortunately) but found the tile and concrete room noisy and loud. Children were running up and down the hall until 9.30 pm, after which quiet finally descended. A 5 stars boutique hotel located in old town, very convinence👍 Right in front is the walking street/ open market on Sunday. There is a school opposite to the hotel. Its rather noisy in the morning as my room is facing to the school, however trouist like us usually wake up early so no big deal. All snackssss/drinksss in the mini bar are free👍👍 includes cokes, beers, 6 bottles of water, lemon tea, chipsss, chocolate. 😅 😁 Afternoon tea by the pool is free too! Very good for those who want to relax in the hotel Staffs are very friendly👍👍

Regarding the hotel being named with an “airport”, it is still a bit far from the airport (at least it’s 30 min on foot), so you’re gonna need to rely on a cab which is not the most affordable mode of transportation. The hotel room is decent with good toiletries. You need to give 500 Baht deposit, though. Also, there are two B2 buildings - one deluxe & and standard - make sure you tell the taxi driver correctly.

It is best choice bed & breakfast for travellers and business men. We are couple who wanted the place for weekend getaway and we were not disappointed. - Wise location. It's close to Chiang Mai Internation Airport which takes only 5 minutes by car from airport. It's not too far from the city center, shopping mall and it's near to the road leading you to many tourist attractions. There is McDonald also nextdoor. - The room was clean with proper function. They provide necessary items that you need such as bathroom kits, coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, and the working desk. - Breakfast: They provide small buffet which has salad, desserts, fruits, milk, cornflakes, coffee & tea, etc. And, you can order more food such as boiled rice, fried egg at a la carte. - Staff were friendly and accommodate anything that you ask you. They also provide small corner with threadmills for you to exercise. It is budget hotel that is value for money. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to return soon.

Nice clean and tidy hotel, situated not far from the airport and a 10 minute Bolt ride( 80 baht) to old city.rooms are nice and comfortable, clean,well appointed. A few hundred metres to the right, you have the main street of Nong Hoi, and all its shops ,restaurants etc. Nice place to stay if you like going local. Nice restaurant and bar on site.we enjoyed the Karaoke on the Sunday night with the local Thai people. Very freindly and nice people. Overall, I have a positive opinion of this hotel. I would definely consider staying again, when next in CM.

The room condition is not very clean, which needs to be improved in this. Another thing is that the parking lot is very little, if you have to bring your own car, it is not recommended, even if it is a day with a walking street as well, and you don't have to find a parking space at all. Overall, the service is good, although the room is a bit dirty, but it is forgiven.
