Very clean and pleasant hotel. Service was very kind and courteous. Breakfast was excellent. Lobby is a very nice place to hang out. Hot water was off and on. Location was a bit isolated for walking.

Not so new, old furniture, not so bad... Disabled and children friendly. Budget hotel with private bathroom and toilet, essential amenities (shampoo, body soap, toilet paper, towels, bathrobes) everyday cleaning, mini bar (coffee, water, powder milk and sugar)small pool, breakfast included. Not sure about washing / ironing services but infront there is a self service place open 24/7, t.v., good wi fi, good AC. Front desk 24/7, not sure about parking. About 100 m' seven eleven shop. Not far from attractions and to the center is about 2 km. walk. They speak poor english but nice people, not only here but all Thailand.

Room quality was average. What made it a 1 star was the bad sewerage water smell and especially the relentless mosquitoes. I had to kill over 20 of them but they kept coming and had bites throughout the night. The shower had a weird design where the entire floor would be flooded with water with a bathtub there but the hot water and pressure system was really good. TV channels don’t even work (along with Netflix). Internet was barely usable. Only good thing was the lobby design tbh
