Overall great value package, even extended my stay by a few nights. Only issue is the very small balcony, would be nice to have some furniture there

Everything was great, except for the faucets and showerhead. They should really be replaced and the bathrooms renovated, as they've seen many years of use. They're starting to rust and turn green, just really old. The sink faucet in the bathroom sprays water out aggressively in all directions. I stay here often because the breakfast is delicious, the service is good, the rooms are clean, and it's centrally located and convenient. Everything is perfect, except for the issues I mentioned.

Spotless hotel, well serviced and about a 10 minute walk to the clock in the centre of Chiang Rai. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

3 nights in Dec 2025. Super clean, Superb Delicious Breakfast. Only thing is facilities and bath room size. Would be better if they provide slippers in room due to the marble flooring but still acceptable with the price and breakfast. Overall nice . Price, Cleanliness and breakfast make us to think come back again :)

Great budget stay in Chiang Rai! Approx. 15min by foot from Nightmarket / Jetyod Road. Lots of information / booklets for tours or rentals. Breakfast buffet very delicious!

Good for vacation in Chiangrai

At arrival the reception lady not speak one word of English… with a lot of energy and help other people finally get room at back of hotel. In front a bigger road with a lot of noise! It’s far from the night bazar. A big plus was the breakfast …. Very good and buffet style. Room was good

The staff are so friendly and the rooms are clean and smells amazing 🤩 the location is okay if you have a motorbike. The breakfast needs more variety but the quality of the served breakfast was perfect and everything was fresh. Just one point thing i believe it will help more is that the location pin has to be updated because it was not very accurate and it is around 300 meters aprox.

The bathroom is very narrow. There are insects in the room. There are cobwebs next to the bed. There is tissue paper blocking the hole at the head of the bed. The door below is opened and closed for a certain time. The staff is not very good. There is little parking space.

Good accommodation, good service, delicious food. I really like it. I went during Songkran and there was a water tank in front of the hotel for us to play with.

The room is clean, the breakfast is delicious, there is a variety, and it is worth the price.
