Amazing hotel. Very clean, smelt nice everywhere. Very modern and large rooms. Comfy bed. Really nice pool and gym. Also can do washing for 20 baht and buy washing detergent from reception. Staff were friendly. Hotel a bit out of the way but a short taxi to white temple and night bazaar. Is a shop right outside and a 7/11 just up the road. Would stay again.

Summary I stayed at this riverside hotel and overall had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent for short taxi trips into town, the spa was a highlight and the bar food and drinks were excellent. Service-wise they were helpful (they arranged drivers for us). The one real downside was the buffet breakfast, which offered very little for vegetarians. My experience I found the hotel comfortable and relaxing. The riverside setting gives it a calm vibe, and it’s only a short taxi ride to the town centre — handy when you want to get out and explore. We spent an afternoon in the spa and both the massage and the facilities were excellent; it was definitely one of the best parts of our stay. Food & drink The bar was a pleasant surprise: the food we tried there was tasty and the drinks were very well made. It was a nice spot for an evening drink and casual dining. Service Staff were friendly and proactive. They were very helpful organising transport — first getting us a local driver, and later arranging a driver to take us on to Chiang Mai, which made travel logistics easy. Location Riverside position is great for atmosphere, and the short taxi ride to town makes it convenient without being in the centre. Good for a quieter base with easy access to sights. Downside The buffet breakfast was disappointing for vegetarians — options were limited, so if you don’t eat meat you may find breakfast choices sparse. If you’re vegetarian I’d recommend checking whether the kitchen can make something off‑menu, or planning to eat elsewhere. Would I recommend it? Yes — especially if you value a relaxed riverside setting, a strong spa and good bar food, and need help with local transport. If you’re vegetarian and rely on hotel breakfasts, be aware the buffet selection is limited.

We stayed at the hotel with our family (3 people) and rented a room with a veranda and a terrace (#1). The room smelled deliciously of cleanliness and freshness. The room consists of two rooms, 1 is a bedroom with a large bed, 2 is a veranda with glass glazing and 2 sofas, the child slept on the sofa (additional bed linen was provided). It is pleasant to sit on the veranda in the evening, it was very atmospheric and we did not want to go out. We slept well, the mattress was good, but the pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast was standard (egg, sausage or ham, salad and delicious coffee with a croissant). The White Temple is 10 km away. Overall, we liked everything, when visiting Chiang Rai, we will stay here. Thank you for the service and beautiful memories)

I love shopping so I choice this place just walking 5min to Central Chiang Rai shopping mall , cheap , New hotel , clean , Everything Good …..🤩🤩

Clean and spacious rooms, staff were friendly and efficient, good price, breakfast was good. On the downside due to renovations new tiles are on the room floor. This resulted in noise from other rooms and corridors and people dragging chairs above. We also had a power cut at 4 am which resulted in us not being able to shower before leaving at 9:30am. We were refunded 200 baht for this inconvenience? However, the good outweighed the “ not so good” and maintenance problems can happen in any hotel. I would try this place again

We recommend to stay in this hotel for 1-2 days, a room is clean, a bed is comfortable and clean bedsheets. Price and quality is equally good. Thank you for your hospitality!

Stayed for two days and had a great experience. The hotel is very clean, well-located in Chiang Rai City, and easily accessible. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Breakfast is good and delicious. It is a small European-style garden with a favorite decoration. Great for taking pictures. But because the room is near the trees, there are some small ants, daisy rooms. The other towels are safe to use. Early morning sun + birdsong, the moment you opened the door, it was beautiful!
