We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. They were also very helpful—even late at night when I requested extra toilet tissue. The room was spacious, the view was great, and the location is very convenient since it’s near the train station. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk to Chiayi Train Station and about a 10 to 15-minute walk to the Wenhua Road Night Market. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and responsible.

The hotel's room service was excellent. We could ask them to do a quick tidy-up during the day while we were out, which made our room feel clean, comfortable, and airy. The staff were very friendly, and in the common areas, there were tea bags, coffee, and little biscuits available, which I happily helped myself to every day. There was also hot water for making drinks. For our five-day, four-night stay, we felt like we slept well and ate well – absolutely perfect! We could completely focus on our own activities during the day. Despite some online reviews mentioning noise, we didn't hear any at all; our room was wonderfully quiet. 👍😁🙂🌸💐🌹🪷🌺🍀☘️

The room isn't big, but it has a fridge, which is fair for the price! When I checked in, I noticed yellow stains on the sheets, and the front desk quickly changed them to clean ones! The downside is the poor soundproofing; I could clearly hear people talking loudly in the room across the hall.

My stay this time was quite good. As soon as I entered the lobby, the air felt very pleasant, like there was a subtle, relaxing fragrance. Although the room wasn't particularly large, it was very clean and had excellent ventilation, so there wasn't that typical stuffy hotel smell. The bed was really comfortable, and I woke up feeling refreshed the next morning. Overall, it's a very comfortable place to stay.

Stayed here with friends for a short vacation, and we loved it! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect — right across from Chiayi TRA Station and close to bus stops. Lots of shops and the Chiayi Art Museum are within walking distance, which made exploring really easy. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Definitely a convenient and pleasant place to stay — highly recommended

Very good location, just opposite Chiayi railway station and city centre. Convenient to walk around to night market, tourists key attractions area like Hinoki Village, song of forest and museum.
