We had a pleasant stay. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The staff is professional and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds are on the firm side (Asian standard). We also made good use of the facilities such as the water dispenser and the washing and drying machines. The VIP lounge made us feel very welcome.

The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived, with thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks, drinks, wine in the afternoons, and even warm porridge in the evening. Our room was clean, spacious, and felt brand new—highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiayi. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hotel room is spacious and bed is comfortable. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and shower. Location wise it is conveniently located near eateries. Best take is the laundry room that makes saves us the hassle of overpacking. Highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, only 5 mins or less walking distance to Chiayi night market. Room is clean and spacious. Hotel has free to use laundry room which allows us to wash/dry our clothes.

Japanese room is big. It is good that there are 2 toilets, one is with bathroom. There’s a violinist playing at the lounge from 7-9 pm and there’s complimentary snacks as well. There are many eateries around the hotel so food wise is not a problem. Nearest train station is about 15-20 minutes walk so will be better to get a taxi if there are luggage to carry.

The staff were very friendly. The Japanese style room was great and looked modern. This room came with delicious complimentary snacks and drinks. We enjoyed our stay here in this hotel.
