Had a great stay here! The room was spacious, and the hotel's location near the train station is super convenient. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to take the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle to Alishan – it offers excellent value for money and is perfectly situated.

Very nice location, right at the end of a night market, and also not in a noisy neighborhood. Amenities are generally good and rooms are renovated, but there are holes in the bedsheets and blankets. Staff seemed to not be in a good mood.

Excellent located right next to Wen Hua Road night market. The hotel provides free laundry machines for guests to use. Breakfast spread was quite good. Guests also get an invite to their lobby lounge where canapés and coffee/alcohol is served in the afternoon. But the building and its facade is really old and could use a long overdue renovation.

Short 1 night stay Good for transit

The room is spacious, and there's a bar downstairs. You can get water from the hallway, and there are plenty of great food options just downstairs. It's also not far from the night market, the Wi-Fi is stable, parking is convenient, and the staff are very welcoming.

This is an old hotel in the heart of Chiayi City, and its age is quite noticeable, but it's still well-maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly. It's incredibly convenient to walk to the night market in the evenings. The air conditioning is quite noisy, and the bedding quality is just average.

The hotel meets all basic standards for a clean and comfortable stay. Its location is perfect for walking to nearby attractions.

The room was very noisy. The air conditioner was loud, and the window looked out onto Wenhua Road near the night market, so motorcycles kept passing by all night long. The doors and windows were old with poor sound insulation, making it impossible to sleep. The next day, I paid 5,500 TWD at the front desk to upgrade to an interior room, and that was the only way I managed to get some sleep. The cleanliness was also poor; the carpet was dirty. The showerhead couldn't be fixed in place and kept falling down.

Hotel is a little old but it was clean and functional. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Location was okay (20 min walk from the TRA station). Good food options within a 10 min walk otherwise.

Hotel facade and interior looks like back in the 90s. Checked in first room with smell of cigarette smoke, staff changed another room which has a musky smell but accepted it since staying for short two nights. Location near to Wenhua Road Night Market. No frills food, snacks and drinks at lounge.

Service was prompt and attentive. Their Happy Hour was special. Breakfast contained a good variety. It would even be better if they offered real oats instead of those colored sweet things meant for children and are basically unhealthy for humans.

Great location

The room is cozy and clean. The only downside was the toilet seat is without heat warmer and bidet. But the location was great as it is walking distance to the night market and also 10mins walking distance to the hinoki village. The hotel offers cab service go bring us up to Alishan mountain and the driver was very on time. They even gave us free vouchers to claim for snacks and coffee/tea/alcohol at the bar area at lobby to chill.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. There's a VIP lounge on the first floor that offers free beverages and snacks, including popcorn and salad. A wonderful place to chill!
