Positives:
- Very good location by the station.
- Clean bed linen and towels.
Negatives:
- when we entered the room a cockroach ran across the floor.
- the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all on the 4th floor, despite two WiFi networks connecting, you couldn’t load any internet pages.
- there was only one bottle of water and one bath towel even though the room was for two people. When we asked reception, they told us to get another towel from the trolley in the hallway.
- no one came in to make up the room (stayed two nights)
- no hand soap in the bathroom (I understand the Taiwan policy on plastic usage but they supply body wash in a bottle so surely you can supply hand soap in a bottle too)
- very hot in the room - no aircon only a fan (our mistake we didn’t see that when booking)
- generally quite dirty (dirty floors, bathroom walls had mould and cracks in it, sink was stained dirty)
- no shower curtain or panel in the bath so the room got wet when showering
- reception staff were indifferent
- expensive for what it is - wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.
