The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is good. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Chiayi. It also has its own parking lot, which is a bit of a walk, but it's very close to the Wenhua Road Night Market, so you don't need to drive there again, which is a big plus.

Stayed at Le客 Hotel in Chiayi for a business trip. The location is convenient, the room is clean, and the staff are friendly. However, it's been a bit cold these past few days, and I found the comforter wasn't warm enough, making it a bit chilly at night. Also, the soundproofing of the room door is poor; the noise from doors opening and closing next door was quite loud and easily woke me up. If the warmth and soundproofing could be improved, the overall stay would be much better.

This is our second stay here. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Cultural Road Night Market, which is super convenient. The hotel also has a parking lot about 3 minutes away on foot, and the front desk staff are great. The only minor downside was that there was construction next door during our stay. 😢

The hotel staff was nice to give us free upgrade for the room. However, it’s a bit rigid as they only allow 3pm check in despite us reaching at 245pm. The location is about 13 mins walk to chiayi train station, but near to Hinoki village and night market (within 10 mins walk).

We stayed 2 nights at Chiayi Hotel. The receptionist was helpful when we arrived at night. The parking space for cars is two blocks away and we had to walk for a while but that’s wasn’t a big deal. The hotel is about 800m to the train station or 15 mins by walking. The breakfast was okay. We opted for vegetarian meals. All in all, we would love to stay here again if we ever come back to Chiayi

The breakfast was mediocre, with limited variety, and certainly not worth 200 NTD. The front desk staff weren't particularly smiley. A definite plus is the dedicated parking, even if it's 200-300 meters from the hotel. The housekeeping staff were friendly and had excellent attitudes. Expect quite a few tour groups; it's probably best to have breakfast after 8 AM (it starts at 7 AM) to avoid the rush. The hotel is conveniently located near the Cultural Night Market, and there are abundant dining options in the vicinity, including a department store. I particularly enjoyed the nearby soy milk, roast duck, noodle shops, and nigiri sushi.
