Very good experience! Rooms were very big and children loved to bathe in the bath tub. Location is within a residential area, so it is slightly off the city centre and you will need to ask the hotel for help to call a taxi, or to use Uber. Still it’s relatively easy and convenient to get around. Would be a lot more convenient if you drive - you can park there. There’s ample space.

Sun dialogue hotel by cosmos creation has a very cute environment with many cute pig figures which is very suitable for photo taking. Amenities such as jacuzzi in the room was also enjoyable.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The facilities were fantastic, with a fun foosball table, PlayStation, and an awesome breakfast and supper. The gatchapon and board game room were a unique touch that really added to the experience. The room itself was very comfortable, and I especially liked the AI assistant for added convenience. The only downside was the location—it was a bit far from key attractions. While there was a bus stop nearby, we couldn't catch the bus due to a detour from ongoing construction or something. Despite this, it didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for a fun, comfortable stay!

Hotel outlooking is ok but room looks old, not clean, bad design. Restaurant is at another building so it is very inconvenient while raining. I believe there are many other choices to enjoy time with family.

On the way back from Alishan and stay one night here. Kids love this hotel with free snacks at level 7. There also a toddlers room and boardgames room at B1. Breakfast is delicious come with many local specialties. Beef soup is good. Hotel also has supper offer at TWD 250 per pax. The food is good as well. I like the fish fillet.
