The bed was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the location was super convenient for getting around.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was exceptionally smooth. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional; they even proactively upgraded my room, which made me feel truly welcome and at home. The hotel boasts an excellent location, offering convenient transportation and an abundance of dining and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly easy to explore. The room itself was clean, spacious, and featured a simple yet elegant decor with soft lighting, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The bedding was pristine and soft, contributing to excellent sleep quality, and the impressive soundproofing ensured a perfectly quiet night. Cleanliness was impeccable. The bathroom, floors, and all surfaces were spotlessly clean, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever. A full range of quality toiletries was provided, and the towels and bath sheets were pristine, lending a luxurious feel often found in high-end hotels. Breakfast offered a wide and delicious selection, with both Western and Chinese options. The restaurant staff were very polite, and I particularly enjoyed their coffee and freshly made omelets, which made every morning meal incredibly satisfying. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. The service, ambiance, and facilities were all highly satisfactory. Should I return to this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again and will highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Highly recommended! The hotel is located in downtown Chiayi, and the breakfast is delicious—you absolutely have to try the beef soup. IHG members get a complimentary drink upon check-in, and the staff are incredibly friendly.
