great service and super safe to stay at. enjoyable and definitely will return again!

I booked a quad room with two large beds and slept very comfortably. The room was spacious, but the bathroom had severe mold, which was a bit unsettling. However, the beds and the overall room space were great; it would have been perfect if I didn't have to go into the bathroom.

Cleanliness is acceptable. The lady who cleans the room is very kind. The food in the restaurant is average.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. The downstairs parking lot was full, but there was a shuttle bus to the second parking lot, which was very convenient. The hotel was also very clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. 👍🏻

The soundproofing was truly poor. I could clearly hear what the neighbors were doing in the middle of the night. Luckily, the elderly and children were soundly asleep. The decor and facilities were acceptable, but the trash can in the bathroom was quite out of place.

Generally speaking, it's good, the breakfast is rich, the room is quiet, and the service staff is very friendly.

It's about a 10-minute walk to the back bus station, but far from the night market, requiring a bus ride. The room is large, but the amenities and breakfast are so-so.

I went on a motorcycle trip with some friends. They booked about 20 rooms, but they were full. I had to book on Trip.com, which was not bad. I booked a king-size room. The service was good and the breakfast was rich. I was very satisfied. I hope you can come and experience it too.

The reception staff were unresponsive, the restaurant was dirty and chaotic, and there were no waiters to provide service, leaving travelers to fend for themselves.

The photos and description didn't match. The photos showed a room with a bathtub, but we were given a standard room without one. Only after we arrived and inquired did they tell us that not every room has a bathtub. I felt cheated; this was the first time I'd encountered such a discrepancy between the photos and the description when booking a room.

The room and toilet were old and dirty! The sink didn't have running water, the ceiling was covered in grime and looked unkempt, and the bed looked like it had been sat on. The soundproofing was extremely poor; I could clearly hear the shower and conversation from next door. I requested a room change but couldn't! Full payment was required one hour after check-in – consider this a lesson learned! Guests should take note!
