good view, good service and clean

Only 5 stars hotel in the mountain , new and nice decor , breakfast variety is good, hotel should consider to have shuttle bus to take guests to and from station

The hotel is marvelous and the food though a bit expensive is worth the price tag. Location is a bit inconvenient for public transport travellers

Hotel was nice, cosy and very comfortable. The room and the bed was huge and amenities were spot on. The only downside is the location of the hotel which is quite far from the Alishan Recreation Area. Guests can however book the shuttle bus service from the hotel website for transfers between hotel and Alishan/Fenqihu. A photo of the bus is attached for future guests’ reference.

A very new hotel, said to be the highest star hotel in Taiwan. You can enjoy the sunrise, sunset and sea of ​​clouds of Alishan in the hotel. It is recommended to book a room with two meals, because there are not many restaurants around. Although the hotel's dining charges are expensive, they are of a certain level. There are not many things, but they are all delicious. The ingredients and dishes are of good quality. If you go to Alishan, I recommend staying in this hotel

The health services are very good. The most important thing is that seeing the sunrise makes me feel better. I watched the sunrise and then went to have a delicious breakfast. After eating and drinking well, I went back to the room to sleep. I can only say that I will come to Alishan next time. Will definitely come again.

The hotel is new, the hall is newly renovated, the facilities are complete, and there are rich breakfast and dinner options. There was a minor issue with the air conditioning system in my room, and the waiter quickly understood it and followed up with the engineer immediately, and then helped to change the room and upgrade it for free.
