Very convenient location. You can reach the hotel from the airport by train. Lots of shops around the area.

The lobby decor is exquisitely luxurious, and the front desk is grand and tidy. The murals add a nice artistic touch, making the whole space bright and upscale. My first impression upon entering was great. The service attitude was also decent.

Had a last-minute change to my business trip plans and was lucky enough to visit Chiba. The hotel environment is great, it's super close to the station, and there are many delicious food options nearby. The front desk staff also speak excellent English, making communication a breeze. I truly recommend it!

Hotel is next to a train station. Parking is chargeable. Breakfast is limited. We have ample space for two big luggage

This stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. The room itself was modern and cozy, very spacious, and incredibly well-lit. What impressed me most were the bed linens – they were incredibly soft yet supportive, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Furthermore, the staff's service was exceptionally professional and warm; every detail was meticulously taken care of, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offered a wide variety, combining both Western and Chinese options, and the ingredients were fresh. All in all, this was an incredibly good value stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for leisure or business.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, and the bathroom was so clean that I felt comfortable using the bathtub (ofuro). They changed the towels and bed sheets every day. They are so detail-oriented that even the cups and napkins had the hotel’s name on them. Thank you so much for the wonderful days!!

If you try IBJJF Asian Open, this is one of the best hotels near Chiba Port Arena

nice but small as typical hotel in tokyo, near train station suitable for carrying big baggages, no need walk a lot

This hotel is at a great location n if u self drive, offers the best value as parking is only at 1000yen per day, which will easily connect you to everywhere. Train station is right below the hotel n connection is great. I’ll not stay in Shinjuku or Shibuya anymore as there is practically everything here shopping wise, with 3 outlets within 30-60 mins drive. Breakfast is ok considering the price but has some western n jap selection. All in all will definitely come back!

The location was superb! It's the same building as Chibachuo station and surrounded by mini marts and restaurants. And it's 10 mins walk to Chiba Port Arena. The staff were nice and willing to help. However, I booked for non-smoking room but still smelled cigarette smoke in my room. Especially in the night. I guess it came from the other room :(

The receptionist was very generous and upgrade us to suite. The room was beautiful and spacious. Very recommended
