"I stay in hotels several dozens of times a year for work and travel, but in Chiba, the Okura Chiba Hotel is the most comfortable and my favorite. The hospitality of the staff, the spacious rooms, the large communal bath with sauna, the restaurant, the cleanliness of each part, etc. are on a different level than other hotels, so it is very comfortable no matter when I visit. Recently, demand has recovered and it is often difficult to get reservations, but when I stay at other hotels, I realize how good the Okura Chiba Hotel was."

"First time in Chiba, and choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision. It's a three to five-minute walk from Chiba Station, making getting around super convenient. The Perie mall at Chiba Station is also fantastic for shopping and dining, and it even offers duty-free services. Although the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained, clean, tidy, and attention to detail is evident. You can choose daily housekeeping or just towel changes. If you opt for just towel changes, the staff will hang a bag with fresh towels on your doorknob and even provide a complimentary bottle of water, which is a nice touch! The front desk on the second floor offers free toiletries, tea bags, and coffee sachets, which is great! The front desk staff and floor attendants are all warm and polite, making for a very pleasant experience. A Japanese male staff member at the front desk, whose name tag read Kudo, even spoke Chinese, which made communication seamless. I have two suggestions: first, it would be perfect if the TV had screen mirroring functionality, and second, the queen-sized mattress has a slight dip in the middle and should probably be replaced."
