The hotel's hot springs and water park are open until 11:00 p.m., but after the children bought tickets at 8:00 p.m. You can't go in without a swimming cap. The two children could only come out after soaking in the hot spring. Tourists should be informed of these situations when they buy tickets and enter the venue. 3. The hotel room is large, but there is no place to put clothes and towels in the shower room, so you can only come out to change it, which is not convenient. 酒店設施，房間都不錯，幫忙開別墅內温泉池的服務員和餐廳的服務員都很好。
服務1分給了2024.4.1日晚值班的前台。
4月1日入住A1211，當日最高氣温25度，晚21:30左右開房間內空調製冷，報錯E0，打電話問前台，
前台説“是的，因為酒店現在還不給開製冷”
我問“所以，我得熱一晚？”
前台忽悠我“你可以開制熱，16度”
半小時後，我被孩子吵的沒辦法，也確實熱得睡不着，房間內還是配的厚被子，我第二次打電話前台要求開空調製冷，前台才很勉強答“我跟工程的師傅説，給你授權”
然後直到晚22:30左右，才有冷風吹。
驚到了，入住一晚衹給開一次温泉水，我都能忍。1852元一晚的房費，吹個空調，還得前台批准。80塊住快捷酒店，也能空調自由吧？

硬件設施不錯，房間園林都可以，還有籃球場，衹是軟件服務跟不上，兩點半辦理入住告知房間都還未打掃出來，前台整體服務混亂，特別是一個高個子女員工答非所問，非常不耐煩，最後還是前台穿西服的男同事幫忙聯繫阿姨打掃.房間拖鞋沒有捲紙忘了給，打電話送也是打了幾次才送來.提升空間還很大！
最後還是餐廳服務菜品幫忙提了提分，過年期間，酒店餐飲水平沒打折扣不容易，廚師手藝可以，雞湯特別好喝，沒有一個菜踩雷，幫忙點菜的服務人員工作也很利索，效率高，早餐也有現磨咖啡☕️豆子不錯
温泉中規中矩吧，池子不算多，還有兩個在換水清洗，住酒店泡泡還是比較方便的，可以直接穿浴袍去
