The room size is not small by international standards. It's very close to Michigan Avenue, and shopping, Millennium Park, and museums are all within easy reach. I stayed for two days and had a great experience. The service was also very nice. Overall, I was satisfied and would recommend it.

The front desk service is very good But the efficiency of valet parking needs to be improved. It took about 20 minutes for the bus to arrive. The rooftop bar is not open in winter. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

I was unable to check in without a physical credit card. My mother was told she could not give a card number over the phone. This created delay and distress.

Check in was great and the hotel is really lovely. I only wish my gold status was honored which qualifies me for a room upgrade when checking in. There was no mention of it.
