The location is good, the service is average, and the Japanese food on the 11th floor is worth trying. It is very convenient to go anywhere in Chicago, and it is close to the lake, shopping, and eating.

Top of line on every aspect We had the one bedroom suite at the top floor and it was astonishing. The staff were super friendly and helpful and honestly I would say nothing could be better than what we experienced here.

Upon arrival there was a bit of confusion with our room not being ready but staff was quick to accommodate us with a 50$ credit to our room. Overall our stay was wonderful my kids loved the rooftop views, the pool and I loved the gym.

We had an amazing experience with Oscar, the hotel driver. From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. He made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire ride, always willing to assist with our needs and ensuring we received the best service possible. His friendly attitude and excellent service truly made a difference in our stay. We highly recommend him and sincerely appreciate his outstanding hospitality!
