Great location. My room was very clean and spacious. I really loved the decoration of the room as well.

Overall we had a great stay at the hotel. The location, although it appears on google maps to be a little outside of the city centre, is actually very convenient. There are several bus lines that will get you to the city centre (which for me, means the DuSable bridge) in less than 10 minutes. A couple of things to note. To access the free WiFi you need to have a Bonvoy account (free to create) Regarding the breakfast, Trip.com seems to display inverted information. It was available Monday to Friday in the 1600 Club (lower floor of the hotel) but IS NOT available on a weekend.

They told me they are going to return our money back because they could not provide with room and send us to another hotel. They told they will pay for the stay they had to return our money back but I did not receive back

This is my favorite hotel in Chicago. It's on Michigan Avenue, in a great location. The hotel has a historic feel but isn't oppressive. It's a super beautiful hotel, highly recommended, and offers excellent value for money.

The room was upgraded and was nice and spacious. The location is right in front of Millennium Park, so it's great for exploring downtown Chicago 👍🏻

It's not like a hotel, it doesn't provide anything, but the room is good and the service attitude is good

The location is also lower than the river above, but it was nice to have a good jazz bar nearby. The room condition is also good, I recommend it.
