The room is clean and specious. The location is very convenient. The water pressure in one of the room is a bit weak.

An overall well appointed and comfortable hotel in proximity to the University of Chicago, and likely the best hotel within walking distance. Pleasantly decorated rooms and high quality furnishings, nice art in public space. The area is gentrifying but not quite upscale… good bar and restaurant. Would happily stay again if visiting U of C.

Very good hotel, located 10-20 minutes walk from the University of Chicago, which meets the purpose of this trip. There are many restaurants downstairs (tried an Asian restaurant and it was good. There is also dinner and bar in the hotel lobby. Tried a Western restaurant and it was also good). When asked about safety issues, the bellhop mentioned that there were many police cars around, and it was very safe. Only the next morning when I went to Target Starbucks, I met a homeless person. The hotel facilities are good. There is also a record player in the room

The hotel is very stylish, spacious and comfortable. I like it very much. Apple coffee and ice water are provided in the lobby every day, which is very thoughtful. The only problem is the customer service and cleanliness, which is very bad. It feels like the housekeeping department is in disarray. I stayed for a total of five nights, and no one cleaned the room and changed towels for two days. One day, I went out and pressed the house keeping light, but the room was still not cleaned when I came back at night.

I have stayed at this hotel many times due to its location. The initial good impression was completely lost due to the attitude and behavior of front desk staff GiGi and Nikka in treating guests during my stay this time. I arrived at the hotel at two o'clock and was told that check-in would be at three o'clock. During this period, people kept checking in early. The two front desk staff were laughing loudly and even used words like "shut up". After waiting until about three o'clock, I was given a room on the second floor with a window facing the fitness center across the road. Unable to bear it, I contacted a Ctrip specialist to ask for a room change. I finally checked in at 4:30 pm. Thank you Ctrip specialist for your support! As the front desk staff and the face of the hotel, they have neither professional qualities nor respect for the guests. They are very disappointed!

The location is very good, very close to the University of Chicago, a 20-minute walk away. The hotel is located in Chicago's Hyde Park. If you want to enjoy the natural beauty, Grant Park and Lake Michigan are highly recommended. It was convenient to attend an event at the McCormick Convention Center during this business trip. The room was comfortable and clean. I had a good sleep. The Wifi connection was smooth. I will choose this hotel again in the future.

The beauties at the front desk are all very gentle and kind. The room is clean, spacious and bright. The mattress, quilt and pillows are moderately soft and hard. I slept well! The food in the restaurant is also very good, the daily soup, hash, and omelette are all great!
