Sofi at the front desk was extremely rude. The look up and down when I first walked in is how we started. Then was condescending towards me because I was confused when she asked which hotel am I staying at. Because unbeknownst to me there were 3 hotels in that same location for that front desk to check in. Thought maybe she was having a bad day, but next day at check out, she was there again with the same bad, annoyed attitude. Especially annoyed that I wanted a printed receipt vs email. At that point I didn't feel like she would even care to know that I have been having email problems, hence the request for paper copy. Overall the property itself was nice, pool was clean, breakfast was good. But it sucks that the one person who's suppose to be the face that starts your vacation has such a negative attitude and puts a little damper on it. I get it, that people have stuff going on behind closed doors. But if the same courtesy is expected to be shown to her than she have shown to us as well. Because she doesn't know what we have going on behind closed doors and this little mini getaway was something that was needed more than she will ever know
