This hotel is very comfortable. The suite was excellent, and the lighting was warm. The location is superb, about a ten-minute walk from both the Starbucks Reserve Roastery and the Magnificent Mile. Staying during a discount period made it a really great deal!

A little more effort could and should be put in the details. Like filling up shampoos when empty. Also, found the cleanliness a little below expectations. Elevators are far too busy. Location is good.

We did not get the king suite we booked we got a suite with two beds which was disappointing as we couldn’t sleep together. The hotel said it was because we booked with trip and that is the available room

The accommodations were perfect for us ! We had 5 siblings and families visiting for an anniversary celebration. The suites allowed for all the children to stay and play together. The mezzanine was large clean and extremely safe for the kids to go in and out at will. The breakfast was excellent! We all were able to eat together and everyone was able to find the foods they wanted. The food was fresh and delicious ! The hotel staff were one of the friendliest of any hotel we stayed!

We just got done with a week here and we will never stay here again. Although the location is great, the service was HORRIFICALLY bad. They never cleaned our room all week, even after we were asking the manager multiple times a day to be sure we had maid service. One miss is excusable, no maid service EVERY DAY is inexcusable. Their housekeeping staff sucks and the management gets a failing grade for not staying on top of it. There are tons of better options just steps away, stay elsewhere!!!
