4/5Very GoodThe lobby area looked great, but once you get past that it’s very dated. I can only describe it as a feeling of stepping into your grandmas house, with outdated carpets, old smells and the rooms in General could do with a revamp. Bathtub in the room is a good addition however you can’t use it as it doesn’t come with a stopper.

3.5/5Nice place, easy to locate, and very close to various parking spaces. While the place is not very new, my main concern was how loud it was during the night. Train going by, neighborhood arguing, car driving, etc. It was difficult to catch a sleep.

4.5/5ExcellentFront desk staff were friendly and efficient. Excellent location, near to Millennium Park and the railways. Room was outdated as expected from the reviews, but it was clean and comfortable enough to sleep.
