4.5/5ExcellentFirst time in Chicago so didn't know where to stay, luckily I found this hotel and it was very nice, hotel rooms are nicely decorated and clean, took a while to figure out where coffee machine was but found it in the end, only blemish was one set of elevator was not functional but there was no notice posted. It's not that difficult to post notice on the tenth floor was it? But all in all, a pleasant stay and a great location with nice restaurants around hotel, definitely will come again.

Haven't found the right property yet?
Excellent room, housekeeping skipped our room though. We called and they came with fresh towels. It was only a 2 night stay. Great location, easy to get to everywhere. Chicago 360 was right next to it.
