Convenient and safe location for travelling in Chicago. Definitely we will choose and stay again when we visit Chicago again. And wheelchair accessibility was also good. My daughter could stay well by the good and kind people at the hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the lake. Across the street is Macy's, Target, the baby shop, Uniqlo, etc. It's just one kilometer away from Michigan Avenue, and the museum is only 1-2 kilometers away. It's just a walk away. arrive.

It is serviceable but if you are looking for a hotel experience with a nice lobby, etc., this is not it. You walk into a restaurant with a small reception desk. No bellman to help with luggage, carry your own. Rooms are not as large as in photos but large windows help. Comforters were superb but mattress not that great. Toiletries were nice. Nice funny touches with a pineapple theme. Long lines to check in and out and you stand at the restaurant's entrance, a bit weird.

The bathroom drains in our room (1401) were slow to drain, and the tub stopper/plug was loose. Please send maintenance to check it out.

Overrated for the price. The advertising says all the right things about what they will do for you but the front desk staff was very impersonal. We just seemed to be a bother, especially to the young man working on Sunday morning. That guy could have cared less about our stay or helping us.

Overall great stay. Only 1 major thing could be better: shower curtain rod could use the arched/bowed style to allow more room for showering. For the executive suite, you would think that relatively inexpensive addition would be worth it for the guests' comfort. But honestly, adding it to even the base room would be a nice addition, and a no-brainer for the upgraded rooms.
Ps. Darnell at the front desk was an amazing host! Kudos

We were able to check in early which we weren’t expecting at all. Front desk staff were beyond friendly and helpful! Theater was a block away with many food options and shopping all over the place. Love, love, love this hotel! Will definitely be back!
