This hotel is right in Chinatown, a fantastic location. As soon as you step out of the lobby, you're surrounded by all sorts of shops, and it's particularly convenient for Chinese speakers. The hotel's cleanliness, environment, and service are all great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chicago.

Not bad at all, service soso, the location is not bad, nice near Chinatown, and Star Bucks Coffee next door. We checked out too late, our own mistake, but no mercy, they were not fully booked, yet they charged the full rate. The employee tried his best but the female owner was stiff. For the rest a nice stay.

Like a youth hostel. The room was fairly clean. I didn't clean it for two days. Room facilities are old. On the better side, there is a public activity area downstairs, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and water dispenser.

I was there because of the Chicago marathon. I stayed in the hotel for totally 3 nights and the experience was alright. It is easy to access to public transport but still if you look for a hotel with better neighborhood, it is recommended to stay near the Magnificent Mile area.

The bed was literally the most comfortable I've stayed in the US. very quiet. But don't choose the side of the train tracks. The steak 🥩 upstairs is also very good, and the waiters are very nice Please tell them that they need cleaning every day when you check in, otherwise there will be only turndown service when you come back. This is the only thing that makes me feel unsatisfied

The location is very convenient, only 2 minutes away from CTA. The toilet exhaust system is not very effective, but it can be used. After we checked in, we found that the children in the next room were very noisy. The hotel communicated with the next guest in time and changed our room. It is a super hotel, large room with large bathroom. Friendly staff and the location is great. We had a corner room so that made it absolutely great. We had breakfast at Meli and that was also fine, not over the top, simple but tasty. If we go again we would love to come again. Photos of our view.
