While you found the access to both the Chichibu Railway and Seibu Railway stations convenient, we regret the inconvenience caused by the distance. While our location is difficult to improve immediately, we will continue to strive to provide clearer guidance. We also sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced when entering the room, including the darkness and difficulty locating the light switch, as well as the steps. Your suggestion regarding the sensor light is extremely valuable in terms of both safety and convenience, and we will use it as a reference for future facility improvements. We also apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the refrigerator, as it was not turned on. While we use a type that requires you to turn it on before use, we will consider improving our guidance and advance confirmation methods to make them easier to understand. We also apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the size and design of the shower space, as it felt cramped. As many of our guests stay for long periods, we have installed separate toilets and bathrooms, and a small bathtub instead of a shower booth. We hope you will understand this. Despite these issues, all of our staff are very happy and encouraged by the words, "The room was very spacious and clean, and we were very satisfied."
