Even though we didn't arrange for a pick-up from the station, a staff member drove by, saw us, and asked where we were headed. We told them we were going to Wadoh, and they gave us a ride. The service was excellent!

The hotel is quite good, but the location is a bit out of the way, requiring a bit of a walk. For Saitama Prefecture, which doesn't have many hot springs, this one is pretty decent.

A very enjoyable travel experience worth having! The breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful and made us feel right at home. Plus, the hotel offers shuttle service, and even though there was construction on some of the facilities, they proactively offered alternative solutions and kept us informed, which was very reassuring!

It was gorgeous. We are planning a trip back to the area for a two night stay so we can fully appreciate it. There is a sweet, talkative cat outside the front door who was adorable.

I stayed here for one night on the 30th of April. The staff was incredibly nice and they even offered us drinks on arrival. The inn is beautiful and located right near the river, and also quite close to Chichibu (5 min by car). As for the main part, the onsen, it was incredible. Inner and outer baths both at the perfect temperature, especially the outer one being a bit warmer to counter the outside cooler temperature. The atmosphere was great both inside and outside. I am very happy with my stay and would come again!

I had a wonderful stay at Yuno Yado Wadoh with a friend, the scenery out there is absolutely beautiful, the staff were so helpful and attentive, the food was so delicious! The staff were all so kind and went above and beyond to help with any issues we had. The public onsen and private open air bath was heavenly. There were also some very fun hiking trails within walking distance from the Ryokan. I would highly recommend this Ryokan as a fun get away from the city to really get to see and experience the countryside of Japan while not having to travel so far.

The in-room dining was absolutely delicious and a real highlight. For our family, who don't drink alcohol, the service felt a little slow at times, but even considering that, it was still a wonderful stay.

Great staffing with great service. Able to catch multiple free shuttles from/to Wado-Kuroya station. I just have to make a free call through the Trip.com app to contact the hotel, although the staff speaks little English, we were able to communicate using google translate, make sure to use simple language to make it easier for everyone if you are only English speaking. Train at this station is not frequent so best to plan ahead. Only to improve on is i wish we have bigger room for 4 people with the price we were paying. But overall it’s a nice traditional Japanese Ryokan.

Booked a tatami room and a modern design room. After checked-in, realised that modern room doesn't have bathroom. Not manage to try the onsen. Public bath free. Private bath cost ¥3000. The breakfast is rich. Overall stay was good.

Our family of four (two elementary school-aged children) stayed for one night and two days in a room with breakfast, dinner, and a private open-air bath. What impressed us most was the wonderful service. They were very attentive to our requests, and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay, even with children. The meals were Japanese cuisine focusing on local Chichibu specialties, with many dishes and generous portions. While the adults thoroughly enjoyed it, some dishes were a little difficult for our elementary school-aged children to eat. However, it was great that our whole family could enjoy a meal unique to Chichibu. We were able to relax and enjoy the open-air bath in our room, and the public bath was also clean and well-maintained. Regarding the quality of the hot spring water, personally, I didn't find it particularly distinctive. Overall, the staff's thoughtfulness was wonderful, and it was a highly satisfying inn where we could stay with peace of mind, even with children. It's also conveniently located as a base for sightseeing in Chichibu, and I would recommend it for family trips. If we have the opportunity to visit Chichibu again, we would definitely like to stay here again.
