"The experience was mixed. On the positive side, the hotel is a converted traditional Japanese-style house with exposed beams and various Japanese architectural elements, making it very unique. The bathtub, resembling that of Gobei, was a pleasant surprise. It's worth staying at. However, the wooden floors are quite noisy at night, especially with guests moving around in the rooms above. On the negative side, reception only ends at 6:00 PM. After that, you have to do it yourself. I arrived at 6:45 PM, and all the rooms were locked. I tried calling the Japanese contact number from a local Japanese person, but no one answered. There were no 7-Elevens or similar convenience stores nearby. I called trip.com, and Ms. Peng, who was in charge, worked very hard to help me – she deserves praise! Finally, I found the self-service door code and successfully entered. The hotel management is inadequate. There was no communication with guests, and there were two combination locks, so I didn't know which door it was for. They didn't explain which room it was after I entered. The contact number also stopped working after 6:00 PM, leaving guests confused and worried."

"I stayed on the first day of the three consecutive holidays in November. Although the accommodation fee was high everywhere during the three consecutive holidays, this hotel was a conscientious amount with breakfast. There were quite a few guests such as golfers and tourists. The next morning, many cars were parked in the parking lot, so I think it was crowded with golfers. I think. The hotel seemed to be reasonably old, but it was in good condition. The room was very large and the bath and toilet were interesting. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no door in the bathroom and it is not a unit bath type, so I feel that all the water goes to the toilet side when I take a shower. The wash basin was convenient because the personal belongings were spread out in wide 々. Amenity was saved because lotion was also prepared. The digital clock on the bedside was easy to see and it was thankful that room temperature and humidity were also displayed. However, the low humidity was obvious at a glance, so I thought it would have been perfect if I had prepared a humidifier here. I put water on the washbasin and put it on the table to sleep. The bed was comfortable. There was a mineral water service. For dinner, there was a Japanese restaurant about 7 minutes by car, and I was able to go there to eat. When I made a reservation on the travel site, I was prepared to not enter the large communal bath until 17:00, but fortunately it was open until 21:00, so I was able to enter. Since it was a large communal bath in the golf course, the dressing room was large and amenities were substantial. Is breakfast a little small? It was about the same as a reasonable business hotel, but is it reasonable considering the room rate? I thought."

"Overall, I had a good impression of Hotel Miyama. Although it is located a little far from the city center, I was able to rest peacefully in a quiet environment surrounded by nature. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were plenty of amenities, so I had no problems staying there. The breakfast buffet was generally disappointing. On the other hand, the hot spring water, which flows directly from the source, was of good quality and was able to soothe my tired body. The view from the open-air bath was also amazing. The staff were also very polite and I liked them. They responded quickly and kindly to any questions and requests. Although the prices are a little on the higher side, I think this is a hotel that I can recommend to people who want to enjoy hot springs in nature."
