Wanda Realm Chifeng

Traveling with seniors and kids, this was the warmest and most comfortable hotel we stayed in throughout our trip. The overall environment was great and clean, and the bedding was good, ensuring a very restful sleep. The breakfast spread was rich and tasted delicious, with fresh and ample ingredients. The service staff were warm and attentive, making for a fantastic dining experience. Our entire stay was hassle-free and smooth, and the value for money was exceptional. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and tidy, and I had requested a non-smoking room in advance, so there was absolutely no unpleasant smell. The suite is perfect for families traveling with children, and it's a river-view room, which is beautiful at night! All the hotel staff were excellent, warm, and professional, making me feel right at home. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

This was my second stay, and I didn't notice any improvements. The facilities are average, and the dining is just okay. Parking is underground, but in the morning, my car was blocked by a poorly parked vehicle, and I had to wait for the attendant to call the owner to move it before I could leave.

Chifeng was the last stop on our Inner Mongolia self-driving tour, and we chose to stay at the Wanda Realm Hotel. My actual experience was generally very good, matching the description on Trip.com. The location is excellent, the environment is nice, and it's close to Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for shopping and supplies. The hotel is right next to Chifeng River, and it was lovely to enjoy the view and take a walk along the river after dinner. The hotel service was great; all the staff I encountered were proactive and service-minded. The breakfast was rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western options, a noodle station, and local snacks. The restaurant staff were enthusiastic, and the auntie at the noodle station was particularly thoughtful – a big thumbs up! The hotel has parking, which is convenient for those driving. A small suggestion would be to provide disposable toilet seat covers (though we always bring our own when we travel). Overall, 5 stars, highly recommended – you won't be disappointed!

Excellent! This is a pet-friendly hotel with fantastic facilities, including pet toys and pet toiletries. It's clean and odor-free, definitely worth a return visit.

The room was quite quiet, and the location is convenient. The breakfast selection was also quite rich. It's a 10-minute drive from Chifeng Station, and right next to Wanda Plaza, making dining very easy. There's also a river next to the hotel, perfect for a morning stroll or enjoying the night view along the river in the evening, with a snack street nearby. It's also very close to the museum. Overall, staying here was quite good.

Service: The service was absolutely fantastic! 👏 Because we felt so comfortable, we extended our stay for another night. One evening, after returning from a scenic spot, the restaurant manager specifically waited for us, knowing we'd be back for dinner. We ended up eating until closing time, and the service remained consistently excellent from start to finish. The Western restaurant also has a play area for kids, which was great for my younger brother during meals. There was also a short-haired, round-faced front desk staff member who spoke very gently and patiently explained everything from beginning to end, even though I had many questions. This shows that their excellent service isn't just an individual thing, but reflects a high-quality brand with thorough internal training! Definitely worth choosing!

The soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. You can enjoy views of the Xibo River, and there's a riverside path downstairs perfect for a stroll. A full loop is about 7,000 steps, great for an early morning or evening workout.
