Chifeng Jindu Holiday Hotel (Wanda Plaza)

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to get around; the rooms were clean and tidy, with complete facilities, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing, ensuring a high quality of rest. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient, quick, and professional. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, with excellent hygiene management and high value for money. It's an excellent choice for travel accommodation and highly recommended!

The room was clean and hygienic, and the decor was cozy. The bed was comfortable, but the shower water pressure was a bit low. The location is convenient; there's a supermarket and local restaurants within a 5-minute drive.

This is my second time visiting Chifeng, and I chose this hotel again. I was just as satisfied as last time, and it felt more familiar. It's on the same floor as last time, but separated by one room. However, the glass in the room still has cracks. The showerhead in the bathroom has too much limescale, making the water flow very slow. Currently, the parking lot on the southeast side is under construction and repairs, so you can only enter and exit from the north gate. There are also far fewer parking spaces than last time.

The room itself was okay, but the service and environment were terrible. I checked in on the evening of the 29th. The south gate was closed for construction, but I didn't pay much attention and entered through the north gate. The construction started at 5:20 AM on the 30th, waking me up. My room was right below them, and the noise was incredibly loud, using some kind of floor-cutting equipment—it was extremely ear-piercing. I called the front desk at 5:30 AM, and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked if I should call the police, and they said they'd report it to their manager. Around 5:40 AM, it did stop, and I decided to sleep in a bit later. I was exhausted from driving and wanted to sleep in. But at 6:06 AM, it started again, cutting the floor. I went downstairs, took photos and videos. It was so annoying! My 8-month-old baby was woken up. This hotel has no problem-solving skills and no service awareness. Please choose carefully!

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The location was also great, close to the museum. The service was superb, especially the front desk staff who patiently explained the walking directions to the museum and how to get to Walmart. Even more heartwarming was that I left my earphones in the room two days after checking out, and the front desk went to my room to help search for them. A super satisfying experience.

Facilities: All were okay. Our family room only had one shower, which was a bit inconvenient. Cleanliness: Quite clean. Environment: Conveniently located near the high-speed rail station. Service: We didn't receive much service. The front desk staff were so-so. Maybe that's just how people from northern China are. Breakfast was decent.

房間大可能是最大優勢，除此之外沒有別的，馬桶可能是我住過酒店最差的馬桶了，寫的2023年開業，傢俱床估計買的二手， 真心勸退 馬桶水特別小，大便都沖不下去 餐廳的菜裏有男人的短髮，早餐真的太一般，純中式，各種炒菜和涼菜也不新鮮，一點特色都沒有，

刷新了這些年住酒店的感官，看酒店評分和位置選住，整體外面環境還可以服務也還好，最讓我眼前一暗的是洗澡的時候 洗浴用品是放在地上的，沒有置物架，放毛巾的架子如果是1.6米以下的人是夠不到的，洗澡淋浴水是“清柔洗”涓涓細流，長頭髮光沖洗要用兩分鐘我才感覺洗透了，中央空調聲音很大，最後受不了關掉了，因為住一晚上沒有當時要求換房湊合了，退房時和前台溝通，小姐姐一臉不可置信給她看照片才説當時怎麼沒打電話維修😂
