Guotai Holiday Hotel (Chifeng Municipal Hospital)

1. There was an unpleasant odor as soon as I entered the room. 2. The sanitary napkin water was yellowish, more of a yellowish tint. 3. I couldn't open the bathroom door this morning! I had to force it open myself; the door hardware was all loose, it was terrible.

The hotel has a good location and is relatively clean, nothing special. The indoor temperature is very high, the bedding is poor, especially the pillows, which are very uncomfortable. The bedding needs to be changed. It's really bad. The robot food delivery is very convenient!

You'd better watch out if you don't want your children sleeping on vomit. They don't take this kind of thing seriously. This hotel is just unbelievable!

The rooms were okay, but the water pressure was poor in the higher floors, making showering difficult. Most importantly, the breakfast was terrible, worse than even a budget hotel's. If you're planning to stay at the hotel, there's no need to eat breakfast there; there's a McDonald's downstairs and breakfast shops across the street.

The hotel is located in a lively area, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, similar to hotel apartments, and equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and basic kitchen facilities. The bathroom facilities are new, and hot water is plentiful. While the hotel's facilities are excellent, the amenities are somewhat lacking; it took three phone calls to get a shower cap, and the breakfast was rather ordinary.

The room was indeed large, and the environment was okay. It was next to an emergency center, so it was a bit noisy at night. The towel rack was broken and only fixed the next day. However, this negative review is for the condiment area next to the milk tea pot at breakfast. Didn't the staff see the flying insects on the condiments? The milk tofu was crawling with insects; it was disgusting. And the female receptionist surnamed Zhao at the front desk was incredibly rude. Your restaurant's food was covered in flying insects, and when I asked to use your microwave, you told me it wasn't allowed due to food safety issues. You even told me not to make things difficult for you. Also, if the front desk recommends Mongolian cuisine at Chifeng Mengyan, don't go; it's a complete supply chain. It was terrible.

The family room is incredibly spacious, with a refrigerator and a kitchenette (for washing fruit). It's almost half the size of a standard room and features a combination of one double bed and one single bed. Adults can sleep comfortably in the double bed, while the single bed ensures safety and privacy for children. The bathroom is also larger than in typical hotels and includes a washing machine, which is very convenient. There's also a separate relaxation corner with a sofa and a small coffee table, perfect for chatting and enjoying fruit in the evenings. The location is excellent; there's a shopping mall downstairs, making shopping and dining easily accessible.
