Facilities: Well-equipped and conveniently located. Cleanliness: Always clean; I've stayed at this hotel before. Environment: Excellent environment, quiet and comfortable. Service: Consistently excellent service; has its own parking lot, making it easy to get in and out.

I frequently stay at this hotel; it's my go-to choice for business trips. The lobby is beautifully decorated, and the breakfast is excellent. It's a stylish hotel, so I highly recommend it. I also want to give a thumbs up to the receptionist, 005—she was fantastic!

There were no chairs in the room. We had to stand by the table to eat as punishment. The slow-charging station was there, but just because you don't use it doesn't mean other passengers don't. The mini-fridge kept buzzing, and I couldn't sleep well all night.

The faucets are all broken, and the water heater is constantly switching between hot and cold, which is really annoying.

The bottled water vendors inside even differentiate between charging and not charging, making it easy for people to get mixed up. It's not just a matter of a few dollars; has Jin Di really fallen to this state in the last two years, making money by selling bottled water? The rooms are also incredibly hot, and the breakfast is terrible with limited variety.

The experience was terrible, and the hidden costs were poorly labeled.

The soundproofing was practically nonexistent; I was woken up at 3 AM by the noise of other guests talking in the hallway, as clearly as if I were standing in my room. They only provided a tiny amount of toilet paper, which was gone after just a couple of uses. Customer service was extremely poor; they didn't explain the deposit refund process when I checked out, and only gave brief, noncommittal answers to my questions.

I've never encountered a hotel front desk like this before. I was in a rush this morning and took my room key with me. When I checked out at noon, I told my friend would bring it back for me, and I'd check out normally. But my friend was busy in the afternoon and didn't bring it, so they called seven or eight times that afternoon asking for it, and even added me on WeChat asking for a 50 yuan deposit. I just want to ask, does a broken room key affect your ability to book a room? Or would you be happy if I just said I left it in the room and you couldn't find it? It's not like I didn't want to bring it back! And they even said that if the room key isn't refunded after booking through Ctrip, you can't cancel the room! I've stayed in so many hotels, and you're the first one I've ever encountered! I'm speechless.

Bad review, bad review, the hotel front desk staff have no brains!
