地理位置優越，離赤峯八中和紅山一小近。暖氣熱到可以耍單。樓下沒停車位。得停附近。服務熱情，得爬樓梯。挨着街麪，隔音中等。空間設計不合理。浴室窄，沒有洗澡拖鞋。床頭沒有燈開關！入住注意安全。床超大，可以橫着睡。顯得電視桌邊礙事，電視開機後沒反應。枕頭並不高，但軟塌塌的睡不好。衞生還是挺乾淨的。
