房間很乾凈，設施比較新，酒店服務熱情，交通方便，出門有公交車，距離高鐵站更是相當近，距離長途汽車站同樣非常方便。

樓道味道特別大，刺鼻，前台戴眼鏡那個男的服務態度特別不好，入住了兩天都是一副臭臉，大哥，幹不了別幹了行嗎，沒人難為你吧？高高興興過來玩，看你臭臉的？看見我們車進來都不抬桿，也沒有保安出來…還要下去去前台跟他説，他來句，我看見那個車了，你看見你倒是給抬個桿啊！！不明白這個酒店為啥讓這種服務態度不好的人當前台接待呢？

前台服務好凶！入住以後網絡沒有，電視也看不了，吹風機還是壞的。還好酒店保安大爺很厲害都給搞定了。早上退房以後，居然中午還有人打電話問我續不續住，什麼時候退房。。。真的太迷了。

服務很差很差！設施設備有問題，酒店人員彙報了卻不處理！（電燈開關漏電）
緣由:我定了7號晚的一間大床房，晚上七點多開燈房間燈一半是壞的，床鋪那邊的燈打開一兩分鐘自動斷電，打開一兩分鐘自動斷電一直這樣循環（還有點漏電），後面呼叫前台服務員，服務員讓一個保安大爺上來看了看説燈壞了，其他房間也有這種情況，保安大爺用對講機呼叫了前台，説去和領導彙報看怎麼處理，我就等着結果到晚上九點多還沒有服務人員聯繫我解決處理，後續九點多我主動聯繫前台，前台説不知道又讓保安大爺上來看，保安大爺説和領導彙報了，我又聯繫前台，前台後面才説給我換房間，但是大床房沒了衹有雙床房，我不想換到大床房，前台説衹能給我一瓶礦泉水。

地理位置非常優越，出站口步行三分鐘就到了，所以入住率非常高，但不能成為不保證衞生的藉口，到處是毛髮，床單不更換，被子上有污漬，更別説毛巾浴巾，所以還是自備為好，早餐不錯，品種多，味道也好，前台服務態度很一般，板著臉

還蠻驚喜的。本來是因為去赤峯的火車臨時取消，候補後不得已得住一晚，就選了火車站旁最近的連鎖，確實近。
關鍵是乾淨，感覺蠻新的，住着是真的舒心。前台兩小姑娘也很熱情，推薦了不少好吃的店❤️

插電處壞，修理時間太長，之前都不檢查嗎？早餐牛奶壓根不是純牛奶，兑水沖的並且水太多，沒奶味！信號太差連着無線網也不行，也許是挨着高鐵原因
