Pros- The property is well located, on the main highway towards Mullayangiri, and beautifully created and maintained. Since it’s brand new, the maintenance and cleanliness were pretty decent. The staffs are all courteous and helpful. We have received wonderful service from Latha from housekeeping, Imraan who is the manager and Mohsin who manages the property and reception, and the entire kitchen and house keeping team. Everyone helped with our needs and demands. Mountain view rooms had the best of the view with the pool and mountain visible right from the room and balcony. The food was well prepared and tasty and the rooms had the basic amenities such as toiletries and electric kettle etc. Cons- There is no food menu, the resort cooks very limited option per day which you have to pre book. They are flexible and cook manageable options for old boarders or kids (non spicy etc), but the menu is too limited and there is no menu card or rate displayed for the food they are selling. That creates a lot of ambiguity about the food bill and you are solely dependent on the attendant to prepare bill and show you what you spent on food on the last day. Although the food was not very expensive but the transparency should be there. Also, would look for more options from them. The main road of the resort is also muddy and off road which makes it very difficult to walk around. Villas don’t have a great view. Moisturiser was out of stock out of toiletries. Overall, if you are up for a budget and yet decent stay, this place is quite a good option.
