BEWARE OF SUCH HOTELS LIKE HOTEL AADRIKA. BIG NAMES BUT ZERO HOSPITALITY. LOOTING GUESTS. The good reviews in Google, Agoda as also the so called award to them by Trip Advisor are well managed by Hotel & do not reflect the factuals. I am from Mumbai, stayed with my family for two days on 29 & 30 Jan 2026 & booked 2 luxury rooms. At the time of check out i was told by Ms Vidya, the receptionist to make payment for food bills which i paid instantly. However, shocked & disappointed that the receptionist refused to show the items for which the bill has been charged and also she refused to give the copy of the bill. I sent email, WhatsApp messages but the hotel management is dumb & not responded. For them guests has no value and respect. Hospitality is horrible.
