Historic Downtown Chillicothe 1840's Loft

Lovely large loft apartment in an older building with lots of charm. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and parks.

Great space for a quick getaway. Everything we needed. Very clean and cute. Great host. Clear instructions.

Loved the space . Wam, cozy and had everything we needed . Right downtown ! Easy parking. Would stay again . Don’t miss the historical store downtown. It’s like a museum!

This is a very charming property in a very charming area. The space is very nicely decorated and very clean. The spaces are ample with the exception of the bathroom. Check in was easy and parking was easy. Everything you need is within walking distance. But I couldn’t give it 5 stars due to a couple safety hazards. When you enter the unit there is a change in elevation in the middle of the hall. We both tripped on it several times. But the worst hazard is the bathroom. What the photos don’t show is that you need to go up two steps to enter the tiny bathroom. When you open the door to leave the bathroom, the step is right there. If you forget, you’re going to stumble or fall. So this is a very nice place but you need to be cognizant of the safety issues. We are both 72 years old so that’s probably more important to us than someone younger.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful loft. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed the short walk to the park and the walking trail by the river. Check in was easy and the host was very quick with responding to our emails. We would definitely recommend this place when staying in Chillicothe.

Very quaint place and great location. I highly recommend staying here. However, if you have problems climbing stairs ask about their other VRBO property on site. Met the owners and were such a joy to talk with. Cat is also great to work with - good communicator.

Easy check-in with the door codes!The unit was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped! Good coffee at the coffee bar too!

Beautiful loft The loft was very pretty and had everything we needed. It was nice to relax and be close to things. We walked to dinner and down to a park close to the loft. Cat was very easy to work with and responded immediately to our question about arriving early. Thanks so much!

Perfect spot! Lovely apartment within walking distance of restaurants and shops. This suited our sister trip perfectly!!
