We had excellent stay here. Mary Gail and Ellen made our trip so special. This hotel is truly a gem and we felt so comfortable. The staff’s kindness was unmatched. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place to stay.

We had an outstanding stay at The Christopher in Edgartown! Our room was pristine with lovely views of Water Street. Several windows let in ample natural light. The staff was attentive, efficient and hospitable. There was such attention to detail from a fully stocked Keurig coffee station to the homemade chocolate chip cookies sprinkled with sea salt! The dining area and sitting room were gorgeous and tastefully decorated. The convenient location of The Christopher was everything! Perfect, walkable distance from the shops/restaurants and bus stop. Check out the patio around back - a lovely, peaceful spot to unwind and stay warm by the fireplace. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel! If you are looking for a memorable venue in a picturesque town, this is the perfect spot for you.

Just stayed two nights at the Christopher and had a great experience! The breakfast is continental with a mix of healthy and sweet treats. I had boiled eggs and chia seed pudding with coconut milk most mornings. They also had the option for hot and iced coffee which was an unexpected touch. I am also giving this 5 stars because of the friendly and helpful staff plus its convenient location to downtown. The room was well-appointed and a nice size for MV. We had a balcony facing the back which we enjoyed but the fan did not work so it did get hot sitting out there in the evening. While I'm giving this hotel 5 stars, there are a few things to mention. I was on the 2nd floor and the footsteps/noise above us were noticeable (which I was almost expecting since it's an older historical home) and our AC did not work well in our room. The other thing to mention is the common outdoor space is a little weathered. We thought we would hang outside but found it a bit tight and untidy. Overall, a 5-star experience but would try to get a room on the top floor for my next stay at the Christopher!

Staying at The Christopher was a wonderful experience! The location in Edgartown was perfect, the decor is tasteful with an island flair, the bed was comfy, morning breakfasts were yummy (especially the coconut chai pudding). Plus, warm chocolate chip cookies are served every day at 2 p.m.! All of the staff members that we encountered were welcoming and helpful. A special shoutout to Macayla who was particularly helpful and accommodating to us. She gave us great restaurant and places to see recommendations. Hope to visit The Christopher again soon!

Very beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, there was a seamless service experience from the point we checked in, to the daily breakfast, and great recommendations about what to do in town. The rooms were impeccably clean, the breakfast was tasty, fresh cookies were provided in the afternoon and the property was beautiful. The location is also walking distance to the water and a lot of key attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Well deserved of its traveller rating on TA. Excellent location in Edgertown, possibly the nicest town on MV, with off street parking and a stones throw from shops and restaurants. Lovely spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Ours had a lovely balcony, great to chill out and relax upon. The host was super friendly and accommodating. A simple breakfast is included which is a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay at the Christopher and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel, and the first place we will try to stay from here on in. Room was incredibly cozy and spacious, AMAZING bed, the hotel itself is on a beautiful, charming street, with Main St just a block away. Great area to walk around, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

A perfect stay from check in to check out! A peaceful retreat within Edgartown, walkable to everything! Clean, comfortable room with lovely staff. Loved the breakfast and water refilling station, so convenient. And you can’t beat a fresh baked cookie in the afternoon. There was a fire pit out back that we didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy but will have to next time!
