全般的に満足でした。バストイレ部分と室内部分との段差、若かりし時は気にならなかったけど、気になるくらいの高低差だったぁ。海側の眺望も最高だっただけに、改善に挑戦して欲しいです

沖永良部の知名町にあるホテルです。和泊港との間は、ホテルの無料シャトルバスが利用できます。部屋からは海が一望できます。お風呂は５階の展望風呂と地下一階の大浴場があります。展望風呂は、見通しは良いですがお風呂は狭いです。地下の大浴場はサウナもありますが、夕方のみの営業です。

仕事で利用していますが、お客さん本位のフロントとスタッフの対応には毎回頭が下がります。 ただ過去の書き込みに有りますが、バイキングとは名ばかりで、今回も残念です。切干大根の煮付けやヒジキや漬物など他に選択肢がなく、取り皿は*とウインナーだけ。バイキング出来ずにほぼ、ふりかけと味噌汁での朝食でした。和食が中心かと思いきや鮭やサバなど定番の物も無いし、究極は2023.10で期限切れの個包装のふりかけが、開封してプラ容器に移され客に提供している。これはまずいんじゃないでしょうか(--;)頻繁に利用している自分にしか分からない事ですが、お金を払って利用しているお客さんの立場になって考えてください。 生物では無いので腹は壊さないと思いますが、これは流石にビックリしました。 素泊まりで利用出来る宿泊先は知名にも沢山有りますが、朝食を提供してくれる所があまり無いので、フローラル様にはもう少し改善して頂きたく書き込みを致しました。
