This is a stylish hotel, scant minutes from the Plaza Mayor. The grande dame after whom the property is named is on the right as you enter. The public areas are well kept. The salon area is every bit as nice as any seen in any parador I stayed in on this trip. The back courtyard area impresses. Staff were efficient. A map was offered. The room was of adequate size. The air conditioning/heating system was simple to operate. Bathroom items were in plastic. There is on site, underground parking for a fee [around eight euros]. The breakfast was fine but the coffee machine was not fully operational. You were given tongs and a plastic glove. Several places around the hotel re hand gel. Hard to believe this is only a three star hotel.

Excellent location. Méndez Álvaro station is three blocks away and the line that takes you to the airport stops right there. The only issue is the outlet type. Only European, so bring your own adaptors. The bathroom has no real door. You close the shower and the toilet is open. Other than that, the hotel is really good. They lend you a hairdryer for free, have hot water, and the staff were extremely kind and nice. I definitely recommend this place.

Dominicana (5* Super Exclusive) Venezuela ... and no one, I repeat no one has done this, (hotels of thousands of euros at 7 nights), and in a hotel in a village of Toledo ”zasca” surprise!!, my wife and I did not give credit, We seemed the most curiosous, in fact in Baradero at the Iberostar Grand Luxus all included ”They charged me for a bottle of wine in very bad ways (I will never come back) (€50) because they said I was not in (stufa!, or not, it was Cuba!!!), Then you have a small restaurant served by a ***** serveer dressed with glasses, super super super, Professional and food a past, Just say they take a little while (but it is understood because food is another level), we're sad because we couldn't try more dishes of the letter, for a time matter, Breakfast a normal Self Service for all of God's life, the gentlemen said a crude jewel lost half of a kind of industrial polygon of the village of Yuncos next to the majestious Toledo.

Very nice hotel, with many free parking on the street. The rooms are very clean and modern, HDMI on the TV is useful. Breakfast is OK for the price ( pancakes, various bread, S*****en, cheese, Spanish omlet, good coffee machine.) The grids before the windows you need to like. It all seems dark. For us it was perfectly okay. Fitness room with very new devices.

The hotel is a very good location and is very good for the hotel. The truth that you then go out and at all arrive in Alcorcón, in 15 minutes, you don't need or rent a car, so if you don't bother walking, you can do it there. and don't tire because it's on the flat. We stayed at the Ayre Gran Hotel Colon for one night recently. We arrived quite early not expecting the room to be ready but hoping to be allowed to change somewhere because we had a lunchtime reservation. The man on reception checked us in and gave us a room without an issue so we could settle in and get changed comfortably. He also gave us a map and was nice and friendly. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. There were two small complimentary bottles of water in the mini bar. The window cannot be opened unless you ask at reception which I don't like. However it was a big window which made the room nice and light and airy. Breakfast was way too expensive at 20 euros or 16 if booked in advance. We got breakfast for two people for half that price outside the hotel. There is a nice looking bar at the hotel and I believe they do food too. I would stay there again but would look out for cheaper advance booking prices.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and quiet. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Beds were large and comfortable. Room was large as well. Just what we needed for an overnight stay before flying home.

Perfect!! Highly recommended! Friendly and attentive staff to satisfy requests. New and very clean structure, close to the Sainz de Baranda metro. Room studied in every detail, many sockets, welcome kit, kettle and coffee machine, very comfortable and huge bed. Even iron and ironing board!! Perfect in every detail!!
