The room is very small, and the bathroom doors were broken, making it feel messy and unkempt. It’s not worth 3,300 rupees — it’s more like a 1,500-rupee room.
The office staff is friendly and cooperative, providing the necessary information.
I booked with complimentary breakfast, which was very good. However, the top-floor restaurant is old, with broken windows and cleanliness issues.

Location and room is good. Staff's are good behavior. Room is neat and clean. But parking facilities is not well. Can't park more than 4 cars at a time. Breakfast is not too good.

1. Hot water was only available for a limited time period. Morning time 7:30 to 10:30 and night 7:30 to 9. I checked in at 3:30 and wanted to had shower as I was driving all the way from Bangalore but they denied to provide hot water. 2. No ventilation in the room, it was like a cave. 3. Hairs were sticked on the fresh bedsheets, when I asked about the washing of the bedsheets the boy was unable to give proper answer. 4. Limited parking area for the personal vehicles of the guests.
