They were both courses and delicious. Service? Well, this is what makes all the difference. When we book hotels we need to detail my daughter's food allergies which are serious. For this trip we had booked many hotels in a row and for some reason when we booked Shinyu and checked-in we just forgot. It was our fault and when we sat for dinner we saw her prepared meal that she obviously could not eat. The staff at Shinyu didn't miss a beat. The didn't make a big deal about it. No stress. The quickly adjusted and made a wonderful dinner for my daughter and also prepared for her breakfast in similar fashion. Wonderful. Such great service. Maybe the building isn't perfect. But the service was perfect. Shinyu was our last stop on our trip and we left with a smile. Shinyu gets an ”Excellent” from my family.

I understood it by my attitude, so I should have asked a different person quickly. Breakfast was Japanese, but it's well balanced. The meal here is not heavy, not too little or too much, and it is well balanced. I checked out at 11 o'clock, so I took a walk in the garden. The area around the lake was about 10 minutes even if I went slowly, and the mountains 々 and the autumn leaves that reflected in the sunny autumn were beautiful. This time, the arrival day was also a sunny autumn day, so I participated in the starry sky appreciation party. After receiving an explanation of the autumn stars for about 10 minutes in the hall, go to the pitch-black outdoors with a lantern in one hand and admire the starry sky. I could still see the Milky Way, Jupiter and Red Saturn. At the starry sky appreciation party, thick coats and downs are not rented, so it is recommended that those who participate in the fall or those who participate warmly. They also provide popsicles, hot/cold tea, in addition to the standard shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair tonic, skin lotion etc. When we were there they had two shuttles which ran from Matsumoto Station to pick you up. One at 3:15 pm and another at 4:30 pm. We would both love to return!
